A complimentary, pre-labeled return shipment is included for a seamless experience. Simply repackage, attach the label, and drop off on your scheduled return day.

Each couture piece is professionally cleaned and cared for by our team — no need to treat, steam, or wash. Light wear is expected and embraced. Should significant repairs or replacement be required, a fee may apply to preserve the gown’s integrity for future clients.
⟡ Sizing, Fit, & Flexible Adjustments
Our gowns are intentionally designed with adjustable bodices, elastic backs, and generous skirting, allowing each piece to fit multiple sizes beautifully. These features create a custom-fitted look without the stress of traditional sizing. Please note: Each product page includes detailed measurements for the exact gown you are viewing.
⌁ Damage, Loss, & Replacement Coverage
We understand life happens. Minor wear is normal. In the rare event of major damage, severe staining, or failure to return the gown, a replacement fee may apply. Each piece is handcrafted with couture materials and treated as an heirloom — we appreciate your care in keeping them beautiful.
