You must 1. purchase a membership and 2. you will then login to the website member area. Once you login you will be given access to the member only areas/products.
Your billing and shipping information is stored in your Membership Settings and can be updated at any time. You will login into your website member account and update information as needed.
You can cancel your membership at any time on the B+L member login on the website by visiting your Membership Settings.
Step 1: Login to the membership account
Step 2: Simply click “Your Membership” and select “Pause or Cancel Your Account”. Keep in mind, all cancellations must take place before your next bill date to avoid being charged for the next month. Membership monthly payments are non-refundable.
3. Once you have cancelled your membership - you will be immediately removed from the private Facebook group however you may still use your discounts until the membership expires.
There are absolutely NO transfers, credits, or refunds on Memberships. B+L is not responsible for forgetting to cancel/pause a month to month membership. We will not refund for lack of use or refund any months billed and you did not use the membership.
Is it possible to subscribe on a month-to-month basis and rent all available items simultaneously, only to cancel afterward? No, this practice would be deemed a misuse of your membership. Any orders placed in this manner, known as mass ordering, will be subject to cancellation. Additionally, you may lose your discount and incur additional fees.
Engaging in such actions will result in the termination of your membership without the possibility of a refund.
We reserve the right to terminate any membership if we determine that the user is in violation or misusing the membership.
