1. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that our gowns are not intended for wholesale, profit, or rental purposes. These gowns are designed and crafted for personal use and enjoyment only. Any unauthorized resale, rental, or commercial use of our gowns is strictly prohibited.
2. Fabric Selection: We offer a wide range of fabric options for custom gowns and remnants. Upon selection, all fabric choices are final and cannot be changed once production has begun.
3. Proper measurements are crucial for a gown that fits impeccably. It's your responsibility to provide precise measurements following our guidelines. Any inaccuracies may lead to adjustments and additional charges on your end. Please note that once the gown order has commenced, we cannot accommodate any further adjustments. If you choose to use our sizing you agree to the selected size made.
4. Design Modifications: Requests for design modifications must be made before production begins. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the alteration.
5. Production Time: The production time for custom gowns and remnants varies depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We will provide an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
6. Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of custom gowns and remnants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has commenced. Exceptions may be made in cases of errors on our part.

Yes. As long as we have enough fabric for a bodice - we should be able to upgrade to a larger size floor long gown.

For short styles, you can select any size from baby size (12/24m), the smallest size, to the largest size specified in the listing. Indicate your preferred size in the notes section during checkout.

For instance, if the listing mentions sizes from 12 months to 5 years, you can specify (size 3) in the notes.

Please note that the only way to upgrade to a larger size is by opting for a floor-length or high-low style with fabric limited to the bodice.

Remnants are leftover fabrics, and from them, we craft limited styles and sizes, discounted custom dresses.
