By placing an order for a custom gown or remnant gown, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Personal Use Only

All Bentley + Lace custom and remnant gowns are created exclusively for personal use. Our designs are not intended for wholesale, resale, rental, or any form of commercial use. Unauthorized resale, rental, duplication, or profit-driven use of our gowns is strictly prohibited.

Fabric Selection

We offer a curated selection of luxury fabrics for custom and remnant gowns. Once a fabric is selected and production has begun, all fabric choices are final and may not be changed.

Measurements & Sizing

Accurate measurements are essential for proper fit. It is the client’s responsibility to provide precise measurements according to our provided guidelines. Bentley + Lace is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements.

If you elect to use our standard sizing, you acknowledge and accept the selected size as final once production begins. Any alterations or adjustments required due to measurement inaccuracies will be the responsibility of the client and may incur additional charges. Once production has commenced, measurement changes cannot be accommodated.

Design Modifications

All design details and modification requests must be finalized prior to the start of production. While we strive to accommodate changes when possible, additional fees may apply based on complexity. Design changes requested after production has begun cannot be guaranteed.

Production Timeline

Production timelines vary based on design complexity and current workload. An estimated timeline will be provided at the time of order confirmation; however, timelines are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of custom and remnant gowns, all sales are final once production has begun. Refunds or exchanges are not offered except in the rare event of an error made by Bentley + Lace.
