7 Simple Steps to Return Your Gown

Your return, made simple.

We Hope You Loved Your Gown-Goodbyes are hard!

Before packing up, please inspect the gown for any debris, snags, or damage. If you notice anything, kindly email us or include a small note inside your return box with your observations. IMPORTANT: Please remove all debris — including glitter, cotton, sticks, grass, confetti, or any loose particles — from the gown skirting before returning it. Leaving these items in the dress can damage the fabric and crinoline layers.

Easy steps for a safe return.

Step 2: Gather All Items

Be sure to include the gown, any accessories, detachable sleeves, or belts that came with your rental. Double-check that nothing has been left behind before placing it back in the box. PLEASE be sure not to push or shove the gown skirting back into the box — this can damage the crinoline layers and compromise the overall shape and structure of the skirt.

Step 3: Prep Your Gown for Packing

Gently untie the shoulder ties so they are not knotted into the gown. Turn the gown inside out and carefully roll (do not fold) to place it back inside the return box.

Confirm Your Box Is Sturdy and Undamaged

Step 4: Check Your Box Condition

If your original box is damaged, please replace it with one of similar size and sturdiness to protect the gown during transit. Avoid oversized boxes that may cause shifting or creasing.

Step 5: Secure the Return Label

Locate your prepaid FedEx return label (included in your order). Remove or cover any old shipping labels, and securely attach the new one to your box.

Step 6: Drop Off Promptly

On Day 7 (the day after your rental period ends), please drop off your return at any FedEx location before their last pickup time. This helps us keep rentals on schedule for the next client. Don’t forget to ask the clerk for a drop-off receipt for your records.

You’re All Set!

Once your box is scanned by FedEx, your return is complete. You’ll receive a confirmation when it safely arrives back at our studio. Thank you for caring for your gown with love and helping us keep our collection beautiful for the next dreamer.
