Everything you need to know about renting with Bentley + Lace
Your rental includes 5 full usage days from the date you receive it. We ship via FedEx with tracking, and a prepaid return label is included in your package. Simply place the gown back in the original packaging and drop it off at any FedEx location by the return date. No need to dry clean—we handle all professional cleaning.
Bentley + Lace handles all professional cleaning and garment care. Light wear, minor makeup on the interior, and small snags are considered normal and will not incur additional fees. In rare cases of major damage or staining that cannot be professionally removed, repair or replacement fees may apply.
Many of our gowns feature adjustable bodices, corset backs, or elastic panels to accommodate a range of sizes. Skirts are typically generous and forgiving. We provide detailed size charts and are happy to help you choose the best fit based on your measurements. Please reach out if you have any questions before booking.
Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. However, severe damage, loss, theft, or failure to return the gown may result in replacement costs up to the full retail value of the garment. We trust our clients to treat each piece with care and return it promptly.
