Reserve: Reserve your items for an 8 day rental duration. DAY 1 (start date) is day item/s arrive. DAY 8 (end date) is day item/s should be back to us (in our possession.)

PLEASE review our IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION page to understand shipping times to you and returning back to us. This FEDEX MAP will help you see how long packages take to ship to you based on your location. These times do fluctuate due to the pandemic.

IF we ship your order early and your package arrives early this DOES not change your dates/duration.

It is important that your START date is NOT the day of your event or shoot. Please allow yourself enough time to receive the item/s and prep them for your shoot/event. In some cases - a package may be delayed (due to shipping service delays and in some rare instances due to a rental being returned to late to us. Should that occur we always email you to discuss the situation.) - it is best to allocate for any shipping delays.

If your shoot is on say 2/27 your start date would be 2/26 (day dress arrives) and you would ship to have your rental return to deliver to us on your 8th day 3/5.

*Please do NOT select a start date for the day you make a purchase. Meaning if you see today (11/12) available - you can NOT select 11/12 as your start date. We need time to prepare your items to ship. In addition to actual shipping time to get items to you. Our calendar will show ALL available dates open but that DOES NOT mean that the day you purchase is an available date for us to ship.

If you select PICK UP and your address is NOT local - you will be sent a shipping invoice. Failure in paying this will result in your order NOT shipping and we will assume you are in fact picking up your order. We will not refund any orders for failure to correctly pay shipping or providing correct address.

Yes. We have 2 locations in which you will be provided to pick up from. We will provide you with a day/time option available. If those do not work - you will be sent a shipping invoice and we will ship your items.

If you are more then 10 mintues late to pick up your order you will be sent a shipping invoice and items will be shipped. Failure to pay for the shipping invoice will void your rental order. You will NOT be refunded for failure to pick up OR pay the shipping invoice.

  1. Unbox with care: Open the box gently to avoid any damage to the gown. Use scissors or a box cutter to carefully remove any packaging materials such as tissue paper or plastic.
  2. Inspect the gown: Once you've taken the gown out of the box, carefully inspect it for any visible signs of damage or stains. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately.
  3. Hang the gown: Find a suitable location to hang the gown, preferably in a clean and spacious area. Use a padded hanger to prevent any stretching or damage to the fabric. Make sure the gown is hanging freely and not in contact with the floor or any other items.
  4. Store in a safe place: If you won't be wearing the gown immediately, store it in a cool, dry, and clean place. Avoid areas with excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or strong odors, as they can potentially damage the fabric.
  5. Handle with care: When handling the gown, be mindful of any accessories or delicate embellishments it may have. Avoid pulling or tugging on them to prevent damage. Additionally, be cautious of any jewelry or sharp objects that could snag or tear the fabric.
  6. Keep away from liquids and food: While wearing the gown, be careful around liquids and food that could potentially stain or damage the fabric. If any spills or stains occur, try to address them promptly according to the fabric care instructions provided by B+L.
  7. Return on time: It's important to return the gown to the rental company on time and in the condition specified in the rental agreement. If you encounter any issues or damages while wearing the gown, inform B+L immediately so we can provide guidance on how to handle the situation.

No. Sometimes we are able to ship items early. Not always, but sometimes. If your items arrive early- this does not change your rental duration. Your due date is still the 8th day listed on your oorder.

Absolutely! However dresses should only be used for photo sessions and at no time should a rental gown be used for a pageant and or wedding. To rent for a special event you must email us and sign a contract, provide credit card information for a damage fee retainer.

We no longer offer a dress subscription - however we now offer our DRESS CLUB which is bigger and better. Join the CLUB here

We have now opened the option to use Shop Pay OR SEZZLE when both renting with us as well as ordering custom orders. Important things to note: Please select the Payment Plan RENTAL OPTION. If you Do not Use the payment plan rental price- you will be billed the difference. When placing a custom order you will be billed the payment plan difference in price.

NO. We do NOT cover shipping to you or for returning item/s. However we do NOW offer a discounted shipping rate both to you and return. Simply email us before you ship your order back to us for a discounted label.

We ship all orders via FEDEX GROUND. For all rental orders unless we otherwise find it a better option to ship a different company  - your order will arrive via FEDEX. 

You are responsible to use FED EX GROUND NO SIGNATURE OR UPS 3 DAY NO SIGNATURE for returning all item/s.

You must select the best method to return item/s on time. If you are late there is a late fee. Please be sure you understand shipping times by reviewing the IMPORTANT SHIPPING PAGE.

ALL RENTALS SHOULD INCLUDE INSURANCE UP TO $499 WHEN YOU RETURN SHIP. THIS IS AN ADDITIONAL $6-10 AND WE HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS METHOD. This DOES NOT cover all expenses if your order is lost/stolen however it does help cover some of these expenses that would be paid to B+L FOR ANY LOST / STOLEN GOODS.

Most likely the item is already reserved for another customer.

Not seeing the date you needed? There is a good chance we already closed for that week for renting. Every SUNDAY the week ahead-we close off rentals for the next week. So please be sure your rental is placed a full week ahead of your time needing.

We understand accidents happen. Most normal wear/tear isn’t an issue. We do our best to repair and/or clean item/s. Normal, minor wear and tear is described as: missing beads or sequins, snags in tulle NOT RIPS, minor stains, detached buttons, stuck zippers, and broken straps due to strap hardware breakage. WHAT IS NOT COVERED: smoke smell, excessive animal dander,major staining, tears or holes in fabric, rips in the horse hair, blatant misuse of an item, items left out of the rental that were sent such as detachable sleeves, loss/non-returned items. We charge up to 200% of the retail or market value of an item, depending on the replacement cost.

Every rental product has a measurements guide listed. These are the specs of the item give or take a few inches. While dresses can easily size up or down-it is vital that you double check measurements before renting. WE WILL NOT refund due to negligence in appropriately choosing a dress that properly fits. You can also view our MEASUREMENTS CHART here to understand the base of the measurements we provide you and what general size an item is.

Yes and no. If your rental date needs changed due to situations such as a photo shoot getting rescheduled, illness, etc we do not offer refunds or date changes. If your origial rental shows up late- we do our best to accommodate date extensions. Please contact us. This is NOT always an option.

If you would like to extend your current rental - please let us know early into your rental. If dates are available we will send an invoice for additional days. Failure to pay for this extension will result in further fees charged.

COVID-19 UPDATES 2021

Should you opt to rent with us you agree to the following:

1. You accept orders may arrive late due to shipping delays. 

2. You accept that YOU are still responsible to return ship your order. Regardless of situation. You are responsible for return ship via FEDEX GROUND (NO SIGNATURE) or UPS 3 DAY SELECT. NO OTHER SHIPPING SERVICES SHOULD BE USED AT THIS TIME. 

If your item item/s DO NOT arrive to you on your start date: you should immediately:

1. contact FEDEX and provide them with your tracking and open a case.

2. CONTACT B+L asap via email contactbentleyandlace@gmail.com with your order number, phone number.

You acknowledge that providing anything other than a secure shipping address may result in delivery delays and additional delivery fees and B+L will not be liable. You will be liable for all such delays, lost item(s) and additional delivery fees. As stated above: You need to allow yourself time to receive your item BEFORE your actual event date. If you need a rush order- we do have options for an additional fee.

B+L is NOT responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Once we have shipped an item we can not control how the shipment duration goes. Sadly there are times that the shipping carrier has delays on their end. Unfortunately those situations are out of control. We always do our best to help remedy the situation but we can not guarantee anything. That is why it is so important that you set your start date to NOT be the 1st day of your rental.

The garment will be shipped via FEDEX GROUND  to the Renter.  The Renter affirms that the delivery address is a secure location and takes all responsibility for stolen packages, including filing police reports and Fedex claims/reports to begin the process of recovering all stoles items.

Quick answer-no. Long answer: We no longer offer rental gowns for weddings, pageants or large events. Due to our gowns returning with massive damages, stains and or beyond normal wear and tear - we have discontinued rentals being used for events. It is best to purchase a gown for such events. In some circumstances we will charge a $500-800 rental event fee and this fee is refunded once the item is returned.

Our online hours are Hours of Operation: (M-F) 9 AM – 5 PM 

Our local Texas based studio is open by APPOINTMENT ONLY. 

Orders received after 5 PM will NOT be processed until the following business day. 

ANY order received (Friday-Sunday) will NOT be processed until Monday-so please keep that in mind.

All emails received after 5 PM will not receive a response until the following business day.

ALL orders placed on SATURDAY-SUNDAY will NOT be processed until the following business day (Monday).

FULL RENTAL AGREEMENT: By placing your order you agree to ALL terms in this agreement.

At this time, our rental gowns are available to professional photographers located in the United States (no international photographers at this time) for photography sessions. 

We allow non photographers to rent for photo sessions. At this time we DO NOT RENT for any event (wedding, birthday parties, dances, etc)

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL:

1. YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR START DATE.

2. YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT. THE CREDIT CAN BE USED AT A LATER DATE TO REBOOK A RENTAL ORDER.

 Please NOTE:

For the protection of our staff, our renters, we ask that our rentals not be used if the (renter, model, stylist or anyone associated with a photo shoot)-are currently diagnosed with COVID-19, have been diagnosed within 14 days or have had a close contact within 14 days- You MUST contact us and request for your order to be canceled. We will NOT issue a refund however we WILL issue a shop credit to use for a future order. 

All of our gowns come back to us. We sanitize ALL garments and Accessories that we rent. In VERY rare situations we may need to require a Renter to ship the gown to the next renter but we will provide a step by step instructions on what is needed. (This is a rare situation. )

All  COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines should be followed. 

 

Rental Order Terms

PLEASE NOTE: A DRESS (1) DRESS is NOT to be reserved/booked and used for a multi-mini session event. Meaning please do NOT book (1) dress for multiple (5+) children to wear.

Why is this so important? It is important because a rental is meant for 1-3 children. Any more than that would be considered a mini session/workshop rental booking.

We always recommend booking more than (1) dress to help accommodate your clients. When renting only 1 dress for a multi book mini session you run the higher risk of incurring damage fees and possible restocking fees.

Please email us should you have questions on this. We do offer discounts when booking rental for a multi mini session/ workshop.

We want to help do our best to ensure you have a positive rental experience with us.

You SHOULD NOT share your rental with a friend! You are responsible for the rental and ALL terms if this agreement. You bare all responsibility of the item/s. 

These terms are subject to change at anytime. IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO EMAIL US PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING SHOULD YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THE RENTAL PROCESS OR NEED CLARIFICATIONS.

AGREEMENT By purchasing a B+L RENTAL item(s) you will adhere to all details of this contract and you agree to all terms of this agreement. You understand this is a binding contract. As purchaser you are fully responsible for ALL rental item(s). Should you loan this item(s) to someone else – you understand that you are responsible for any and all damages occurred. Important order notes:

You will receive the specified size, color and design and you will receive on or before the delivery date for which you placed your order.

Except in the rare event that the item(s) is damaged beyond repair

or is otherwise unavailable.

Should your item(s) become unavailable we will use reasonable efforts to notify you immediately that the item(s) is unavailable. If B+L is able to reach you, we will allow you to choose any available/in stock rental item(s) to replace the unavailable item(s). If B+L is unable to reach you, or you respond with lack of time to fix the issue – you acknowledge and agree that B+L may send you a refund, or a replacement product of the same or greater value. In most cases, you will be issued an immediate refund.

We inspect each item with the utmost care and attention to detailing, however use of our item(s) is at your own risk. You agree that, B+L shall not be held liable, for any health related complaints, such as allergic reaction to cleaning methods/soaps, etc associated with any item(s).

To avoid your item(s) not fitting – we ask that you please review the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION tab which is located towards the bottom of the product page. There you will find full specs for each item. This allows you to properly measure your model/daughter/client prior to your purchase. Should your measurements be 1-3 inches larger than the specs listed – in most cases then the item(s) will be too small. There are ways for photo shoots to hide any size discrepancies. B+L will NOT issue any type of refund towards an item(s) that does not fit properly. This is your responsibility to ensure you have measured prior to placing your order.

Should you decide you need to Cancel your reservation of dates for any item(s) due to client cancellation, change of mind, shoot/vendor cancellation (venue, makeup artist etc)or other unforeseen circumstances-B+L will NOT issue any refund or credit. If you need a change of date due to mother nature, or certain unforeseen situations B+L will issue a credit for the full Rental Fee of the item(s) for a future rental by you of our item(s), so long as the item(s), as determined at B+L’s sole discretion. You must email us within 7 – 15 days OR sooner to your booking date in order for us to make any possible changes in your order. ANY ORDER that is already within the shipping time frame WILL NOT be cancelled and or issued a possible date move. In addition, In the OFF chance we decide to issue a CREDIT or REFUND of any kind- we will issue a refund/credit MINUS a restocking fee of $50.00

B+L item(s) in some cases will be brand new, like new, excellent used condition, or good used condition. There may be some minor flaws which we do our best to include in the product description.

Any order that has a RETURN DATE that falls on SUNDAY OR A HOLIDAY MUST BE RETURNED TO US BY FRIDAY OR BY THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY-BUT YOUR ORDER MUST BE RETURNED TO US ON TIME.

Measurements (full specs of the garment to compare your client/child’s size to. It is best to compare your clients/ child's measurements to those we provide.

(B+L) ships FEDEX GROUND only.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Each package is carefully packaged when shipped. (B+L) will NOT be held responsible for an item after it ships. Insurance will cover any cost for lost packages or damage for an additional charge, but it is not included in our standard shipping charge & must be purchased at the time of placing your order.

1. Once the package is shipped, (B+L) is not responsible for giving refunds or replacing packages due to late shipment drop off. Please note: We do our absolute best to ensure that packages are shipped within a timely manner. It is extremely important that you do NOT reserve a start date (first day of rental – as your actual shoot date.) It is always best that your actual shoot date be set for the 2nd or 3rd day after your start date selected.

2. Once tracking shows "delivered", the gown is 100% your responsibility. Before it shows "delivered", it is the responsibility of B+L to track, locate or call FEDEX, as well as that of the renter to notify us immediately of non delivery. You acknowledge that you have provided B+L with a secure shipping address. A secure shipping address is considered to be one where an individual can physically receive item(s). Should you provide us with an un-secure shipping address: apartment complex, rural location, gate unattended: B+L does not bear liability for products left unattended, or collected by someone other than purchaser.

By completing a purchasefor a B+L rental gown/accessory/order you are agreeing to the agreement in its entirety and you understand you must promptly cover all lost merchandise and that you are responsible for 100% of the retail value, due immediately to B+L. Non payment is subject to legal resources and B+L will also charge / bill any legal fees.What is considered your responsibility furtherdetailed:lost, stolen, damaged due to negligence on your part includes but not limited to:Providing an incorrect shipping address.The package being stolen off your porch.

We can NOT guarantee any ship time/date as Shipping is out of our control once the package has been sent out for shipping. We unfortunately can NOT control lost packages, delayed packages, late arrival times.

We ask that all rental orders be returned shipped FEDEX GROUND or UPS 3 day ONLY. NO SIGNATURE.

AT THIS TIME IF YOU SHIP USPS PRIORITY AND YOUR ORDER IS LATE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE FEES.

FEDEX is the most reliable method for return shipping. It is only a few dollars more than USPS PRIORITY but is more guaranteed and easily trackable.

What do I do if my package is late/did not arrive on my start date?

1. Immediately call FEDEX (not us). Provide your tracking number. Ask the assistant for information on where your package is. Open a claim. 

2. THEN email us and include your order number,  a phone number. 

Stay calm. Let us work the problem with you. 

It is imperative ON your start date you immediately call FEDEX if package is late. It is then imperative you email us asap. We can not help you if you wait 2 - 3 days to inform us that your packing is late. 

SHIPPING BACK TO US

We ask that you ship ALL item(s) back in the box we shipped in. If the box has experienced damages (crushed, liquid, holes etc) please purchase a new–UNUSED-box of equal size/quality. You can quickly purchase a box from FEDEX, UPS, WAL MART, TARGET. 

Your rental item/s MUST be set to arrive by the last day of your rental duration (day 8 DUE BACK TO US, no later) day 8 IS THE DAY YOUR RENTAL SHOULD BE BACK IN OYR POSSESSION.  PERIOD. 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEE BACK TO US. You are responsible for selecting a shipping carrier that will return the items ON TIME and in good condition.

You are responsible for any LOST or STOLEN item(s). You are responsible for any damages occurred during shipment. Your item(s) should be shipped back to us in the manner you received your items(s).

 

What we charge a repair/damage fee for: (You agree and understand all the below)

Any damage to beading along neckline, arms or waist that are needing multiple repair work- you will be subject to a repair fee. (This includes multiple areas of the gown that need extensive bead repair work.) You will be responsible for replacement beads and the time it will take to remove item(s) from the website.

Stuck zippers or damaged zippers: This would be caused by not fitting the garment properly. A stuck or ripped zipper is when the zipper itself is bent or damaged beyond repair- Or zipper comes fully off the track- OR can be caused by aggressive pulling/improperly pulling.

Any item(s) that come back with major rips to the tulle or fabric. It is important that you do not use our gowns around sharp objects (trees, sticks, limbs, cars, anything that could rip or heavily damage the fabric).

Excessive stains (Grass, mud, water, oil, makeup.)

Any item(s) returned with excessive grass inside the dress, sticks from lack of removal, twigs, leaves, metal objects (It is vital that you remove ANY AND ALL objects collected underneath a gown before return shipping) In the case of grass it is best to use a lent roller.

No animals may be used with our gowns. Petsonal pets, unicorn sessions etc Any damage caused by animals being used againstpolicy (dander, animal hair, rips caused by animals to the fabric) will be charged a clean/repair fee.

Any item(s) returned with heavy cigarette/smoke odor, smell, damage from will be charged an extensive cleaning fee and or replacement fee.

Burn marks or burn stains due to ironing or steamer (we ask that you do NOT do this to our garments but should you use these type of items you will be charged the repair fee or replacement.)

You as purchaser agree that B+L shall charge and you shall pay via paypal, for the price for additional cleaning fees, repairs or replacement of item(s), as determined to B+L discretion, up to 200% of the retail value or market value for the product. This includes damages incurred during shipment of item(s) being returned to B+L. If you do not pay the damage/repair/replacement fees you will be banned from future purchases with B+L.

B+L has complete documentation to all item(s) prior to us shipping to you.

CARE / DAMAGE

Use of B+L RENTAL ITEM(S)

In the OFF chance that there may be damages to any rental item(s) upon opening shipment- please report those immediately. We do our best to check all item(s) prior to shipping but there are on rare occurrences we may miss prior damages. Should damages be sustained through cutting open the shipment box- you bare responsibility for that. It is important to use caution if using scissors or box cutter. It is crucial that you do NOT run scissors or a box cutter directly over the middle/center of the box. Items tend to shift during shipping and therefore the dress or other items can be pushed up against the middle of the box.

Upon purchase you agree and are responsible for the care of B+L item(s) and you agree to treat each item(s) rented with great care. B+L products are meant to be used and worn in limited capacity. This includes: photo shoots, special events, etc. You as the purchaser bare responsibility for loss of item(s), destruction or damage to the item(s) due to “disappearance”, theft, fire, major stains or any other cause.

B+L considers normal wear and tear to encompass: MINOR stains (this includes smudges, small water marks) small snags in the fabric (this includes a pull of the threading)

Because we use fabrics that are delicate in nature and are very pricey- we ask that you please follow the guidelines below. We truly want you to enjoy our garments / item/s but please do so with love and care.

REFRAIN from use of mini sessions with our gowns.

REFRAIN from use of animals with our gowns. 

REFRAIN from any drinks/food/body makeup, body makeup/spray tanning when using our item(s). PLEASE refrain from spray tanning day before or DAY OF event. Spray tanning solutions stain the satin of the bodice and can NOT be removed/cleaned. Body makeup is also prohibited when renting our item/s. Body make up also is very hard to clean/remove from the bodice. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR ITEM/S WHILE HAVING HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE. BEST SUGGESTION IS TO WEAR A BUTTON UP, A HOODIE, OR A MAKEUP CAPE during these times to help you from messing up hair/makeup.

REFRAIN from USE of our garments in or near water or mud or sharp objects (trees, rocks, concrete seats, snow etc)! PLEASE pick the garments up when walking on the sidewalk, walking around grease. Should you want to shoot our item/s on or near water/beaches, snow etc it is best to prop the child on a box, or use towels underneath or a clear shower curtain in order to keep the garment from laying directly on the wet or muddy surface.

REFRAIN from excessive play (running, jumping) in order to prevent unpreventable rips and tears. Please watch small children - as some of our item/s have small delicate pieces that could be a choking hazard.

REFRAIN from IRONING OR STEAM machine use on our item(s). Should you need to remove wrinkles we recommend a professional steaming system OR hanging item(s) in a bathroom with hot shower running. By hanging the item(s) in a hot room-this will help allow the wrinkles to fall. We also suggest fluffing the item out, and letting hang 1 day prior to use.

REFRAIN from using our gowns with animals unless we give you permission.

REFRAIN from DRY CLEANING OR CLEANING.

Please pick up the skirting if renting a dress. This helps to keep the underneath of the skirting from picking up any dirt/grease/grass stains etc. It is important to lift the skirt of the dress from the sides-or pick up from the floor and lift up to carry.

Please be sure our gowns have all grass, sticks, etc removed from the dresses before return shipping. Tulle tends to accumulate these items when outside. So please use a lent roller to remove ALL grass from underneath the gowns. Please be sure you inspect underneath for sticks and other outside debris that can be caught underneath the garment.

Please be cautious of where and how you sit. We ask that you lift the garment off of the floor and try to tuck under your buttocks in most cases in order to keep the skirting safe from tearing on nails/hooks etc.

You must utilize a towel/sheet/shower curtain to cover any chairs, benches before sitting in the gown 

We want you to enjoy our rentals. But, it is very important that you understand our agreement. We want our gowns to be enjoyed by everyone and in order to do so these rules and terms are in place so that each rentee can have a pleasant experience.

Any of the above not followed will be subject to a damage/cleaning or repair fee. Cost is set per our discretion.  

Return of item(s) and Extensions:

You agree to return the item(s) to B+L on or before the return date for the item(s) which is identified on the invoice for your order. In some cases an extension is possible. For an extension please email contactbentleyandlace@gmail.com; provided that any extension provided is subject to other orders for that item(s) and is available only upon pre-payment of the additional Rental Fee applicable to that product for the period of time of the extension.

Late Fees.

If you return the item(s) late or fail to return item(s) at all, a late fee of seventy dollars ($70.00) will be charged to the payment card you used to pay the Rental Fee or to any other payment system included in your account information; this includes PAYPAL. For every day that you are late returning the item(s) you will be sent a bill and you agree to pay such late fees, up to an amount not to exceed 200% of the retail value or market value, as determined at B+L’s discretion, plus applicable sales tax (plus the Rental Fee). The late fee is payable for each order of item(s) that is not returned when due, NOT towards each item(s) that is the subject of the order that is late.

Most importantly, if you have not returned the item(s) within fourteen (14) days after the return date for the item(s), this late return will be considered a non-return. B+L will then invoice/charge the maximum late fee set forth, less any late fees that you have already paid, plus applicable sales tax.

Payment of 200% Retail Value or Market Value.

Should you be charged an amount equal to 200% of the retail value or market value and you still possess the item(s), the item(s) are then considered yours to keep, though without any future refund, or return of any kind.

You as purchaser agree that B+L shall charge and you shall pay, for the price for additional cleaning fees, repairs or replacement of item(s), as determined to B+L discretion, up to 200% of the retail value or market value for the product.  This includes damages incurred during shipment of item(s) being returned to B+L.

B+L has complete documentation to all item(s) prior to us shipping to you.

 

Wholesale and resale 

We do not wholesale any of our gowns. Anyone caught buying and selling for profit without proper authorization will be in violation of our terms and agreement through purchasing new or used items. You will be banned from future purchases through our company. 

At B+L we believe all reselling of our gowns be at buyers costs with no additional fees added in. All items should be properly noted what damages are noticeable or otherwise and exact costs paid. Anyone who profits will be subject to further fees owed to designer. 

We do not allow other companies at this time to rent our gowns without legal consent.

(B+L) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, or change any part of our store offerings, vouchers, gift cards,  subscriptions, terms of rentals. We ship all orders via FEDEX GROUND. For all rental orders unless we otherwise find it a better option to ship a different company  - your order will arrive via FEDEX.  However we will be switching over to UPS soon. If you would prefer to use UPS AND WOULD LIKE A PRE PAID LABEL OPTION PLEASE EMAIL US for a label / invoice. 

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email of your order details. PLEASE save that information. 

Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking notice which will allow you to also track your order once it has been shipped. Sometimes we may be 24-48 hours. In busy peak season up to 72 hours.  

We send out an email with your information including your return by date! Please be sure you have all of our emails as verified so they do NOT go to your spam folder.

If your end date falls on a Sunday- your order must be back to us on Friday a business day and in some cases Saturday FedEx will deliver.  It is best NOT TO have your end date fall on a Sunday. 

Important information to know:

This map below shows you how long it takes us to ship an order to you. So when placing your order it is important you understand how many approximate days your start date should be from your start date. In most cases we always say as a rule of thumb to set your start date to be 5 DAYS from your PURCHASE DATE. Example: you place your order on 5/1- your start date (day dress arrives) should be 5/6 

In addition - this map will also give you an indicator on how long your return shipping is back to us-Should you use FEDEX GROUND. You simply look at your location and see how long return shipping will take. It is typically best to return ship out on Monday. If using UPS please see the UPS map for return time back to us.

Keep in mind however - should in the off chance we are still waiting for a previous rental to arrive there could be a short delay in you receiving your order. However, we would email you to inform you of any potential delays. Because of the COVID-19 - there are some minor delays in shipping/receiving.  At this time we are  NOT accepting rush orders or over night orders unless you are in a location that is only 1-2 business days for shipping.

Absolutely. These are limited however we do design custom gowns for ALL sizes and our rental shop does have a limited release for teens/adults. Be sure to browse the rentals by size.
