All Retired Rental and Ready-to-Ship gowns are FINAL SALE. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, size exchanges, or order modifications. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.
CONDITION DISCLAIMER (Retired Rentals)
Retired rental gowns may show minimal, gentle signs of prior use. Each gown is professionally cleaned and inspected before shipping. No repairs, adjustments, or alterations are included with these items.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship Monday–Thursday. Shipping rates are based on weight, box size, and carrier pricing. Oversized couture gowns may require custom packaging. Exact ship dates and processing times are not guaranteed.
COMBINED SHIPMENTS
Shipping charges for multiple orders cannot be refunded or combined. Each order is packed and processed individually.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please ensure your order details and shipping address are correct before checkout.
PROCESSING & TRACKING
Due to higher order volume during sales, please allow additional time for your tracking information to update.
