These pieces are deeply discounted and sold as-is. Please review sizing and descriptions carefully prior to purchasing. - Shipping Schedule:
Orders will ship Monday through Thursday following the sale event.
Exact ship dates and turnaround times are not guaranteed. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. - Combined Orders:
We do not refund shipping costs on combined orders.
Shipping rates are calculated accurately based on gown weight, box size, and carrier costs.
Larger couture pieces require oversized packaging to ensure safe delivery and preservation of gown integrity. - No Cancellations or Exchanges:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing checkout. - Processing & Tracking:
Due to increased sale volume, please allow extra processing time for tracking updates.
