By booking a 1:1 session, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable, with no credits issued. Bentley + Lace is not responsible for missed sessions due to forgotten appointments or inability to attend. One (1) date or time change is permitted with at least 45 minutes’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Requests made outside this window will forfeit the reschedule option.
Shipping, prep & returns
Because couture gowns are full, delicate, and often layered, we ship them in larger protective boxes instead of compressing them tightly. This helps reduce wrinkling, protects the gown’s shape, and gives your rental the best chance of arriving photo-ready.
