This agreement is made between BENTLEY+LACE, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor," and Renter, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee," for the rental of a daddy-daughter dance dress.

Terms of Rental:

1. Dress Description: The full dress details are shown on each product page. We have provided measurements for each product. Please refer to those before renting.
2. Rental Period: The rental period commences on [Day 1] and ends on [Day 3]. Day 1 is the day of dress pickup or delivery, Day 2 is the date of the dance, and Day 3 is the dress return day. Lessee is responsible to return the dress to designated address provided.
3. Rental Fee: The Lessee agrees to pay the rental fee of amount shown on product page and any service fees for drop off for the duration of the rental period. Payment is due upon checking out.
4. Deposit: A refundable deposit of [$100 USD] is required at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded to the Lessee upon the return of the dress in its original condition, less any deductions for damages as outlined in Section 6.
5. Condition of Dress: The Lessee acknowledges that the dress is in good rental condition at the time of rental. Please do NOT use tanning sprays, body makeup or tanning lotions while wearing our gowns. Any damages incurred during the rental period, including stains, tears, rips, will be the responsibility of the Lessee and may result in deductions from the deposit.
6. Return of Dress: The Lessee agrees to return the dress to the designated location in Prosper, Texas, on Day 3 of the rental period, by time given via email. Failure to return the dress by the specified time may result in additional rental fees.
7. Late Fees: A late fee of [$50 in USD] per day will be charged for any rental period extensions beyond the agreed-upon return date.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made [7 business days] or more days prior to the rental period will receive a full refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made within [1-3 days from dress pickup] will result in a forfeiture of the rental fee.
9. Care of Dress: The Lessee agrees to take proper care of the dress during the rental period, including avoiding contact with liquids, food, and sharp objects. The dress must be returned in the same condition as received.
10. Indemnification: The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Lessee's use or possession of the rented dress.

Because of the nature of our gowns, we require an event deposit. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon the return of your rental.

Deposit: A refundable deposit of [$100 USD] is required at the time of rental. PLEASE ADD THIS to your checkout. This must be added for the rental to be confirmed.

The deposit will be refunded to the Lessee upon the return of the dress in its original condition, less any deductions for damages as outlined in Section 6 of the rental agreement.

We schedule fittings exclusively after the dress has been secured/rented. We do not arrange fittings without prior dress rental confirmation. If at that time we need to change the dress and another option is available we will offer the exchange. The quickest way to determine if a dress will fit - is to review the dress measurements provided on each product page. You will then compare those to your child. Most all of our dresses have a flex fit option with adjustable shoulder ties and elastic in waist.

We recommend reserving your dress as soon as you know the date of the event to ensure availability. Our dresses are popular choices for special occasions and may book quickly.

Dress Club members enjoy early -LIMITED TIME access to rental dates and special discounts. Check back in 1-4 days to secure your rental booking.

The Lessee is responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period. Damages may result in deductions from the refundable deposit. We recommend taking proper care of the dress to avoid any potential damages.

You are welcome to rent multiple dresses for your daddy-daughter dance. However, availability may vary, so we recommend reserving your dresses as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

1. Shipping: If you prefer to have the dress shipped to your location, simply select the shipping option during checkout.
2. DROP OFF TO HOME: Simply select the shipping option during checkout. In the notes section, please specify "dress drop off," and we'll ensure it's delivered to you. PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY DELIEVER TO ADDRESSES WITHIN 75078, some Celina addresses. We DO NOT deliver to FRISCO OR MCKINNEY.
3. Store Pickup: Alternatively, you can select the store pickup option and pick up the dress at our studio location. We're conveniently located off of 423 LITTLE ELM/FRISCO border.

If our studio location isn't convenient for you, we also offer a secondary pickup location in Prosper, situated in Windsong Ranch. Just let us know your preferred pickup location during checkout.

Please note studio hours for pickup are TUESDAY,WEDNEDAY, THURSDAY from noon-1pm cst ONLY.

You will select a start date 1 day prior to your event. Then the end date will auto populate. It is setup for 8 day rental however this rental duration is only for 3 days! You will return on day 3 of the rental duration. So for example: day 1 Thursday we drop dress off day 2 is dance day 3 you will return dress. -Please ignore the end date at checkout.
