Our warehouse studio comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with space for up to 16 people depending on your session setup.

If you're planning a larger family session, branding event, workshop, mini sessions, or a styled shoot with multiple models, please contact us before booking so we can ensure the space is configured for your needs.

Bentley + Lace Creative Studio is designed to give photographers and creators the flexibility to bring their own vision to life while providing the tools and space needed to create elevated portraits.

To help every guest have the best experience, we ask that all rentals follow these studio guidelines:

Arrival + Rental Time

Please arrive prepared to use your reserved studio time efficiently. Your rental time includes setup, shooting, and cleanup, so we recommend arriving with your creative plan, wardrobe, and props organized before arrival.

Additional time may be needed for larger productions, multiple setups, or extensive styling.

Creative Setup

Our studio is a flexible creative canvas. You are welcome to bring:

✓ Your own props and styling pieces

✓ Client wardrobe

✓ Additional backdrops or creative elements

✓ Flooring

Please return the space to its original condition after your session.

Studio Space + Equipment

Your rental includes access to the available studio amenities and equipment listed with your booking.

Please treat all studio equipment, backdrops, and furnishings with care. If you are unfamiliar with lighting equipment, we are happy to provide basic guidance before your session.

Clients + Assistants

Photographers are welcome to bring their clients, assistants, and creative team members.

Please let us know in advance if you are planning a larger group, team session, or production so we can help ensure the space is prepared.

Props + Materials

We welcome creative ideas; however, please avoid anything that may damage the studio, backdrops, or equipment.

Clean + Respectful Use

We want every photographer to walk into an inspiring, ready-to-create space.

Please:

✓ Leave the studio clean and organized

✓ Return props and equipment to their original locations

✓ Remove all personal items after your rental

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Studio rentals and Studio + Gown Bundle reservations are secured specifically for your selected date and time. Once booked, the studio is removed from availability, and any included gowns may also be reserved and unavailable to other customers.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your scheduled reservation.

Reservations may be rescheduled one time, subject to studio and gown availability. Requests made within 14 days of the reservation must be submitted directly to Bentley + Lace for review. When approved, the amount paid may be transferred as a booking credit toward a new available date.

Studio + Gown Bundle reservations are nonrefundable or date changed once the gowns have been selected or reserved. Because the gowns and studio date are held specifically for your booking, refunds will not be issued after those reservations have been secured.

Bentley + Lace is not responsible for a photographer’s ability to fill their reserved studio time with clients, including mini sessions, content days, or other scheduled events. Refunds will not be issued because of low enrollment, client cancellations, or unfilled appointment times.

Failure to attend, late arrival, or unused rental time does not qualify for a refund or additional studio time. Booking credits, when approved, are nonrefundable and must be used within the timeframe provided by Bentley + Lace.

Flexible Creative Space

Our studio is designed as a creative canvas. Bring your own vision, props, styling pieces, flooring, or specialty items and create a session environment that feels unique to your client.

Backdrop Support + Available Backdrop Options

Choose from our curated collection of photography backdrops or discuss custom backdrop concepts for seasonal sessions, themed shoots, and unique creative ideas.

Private Client Changing Area

A dedicated private area for clients to prepare, change outfits, adjust wardrobe.

Private Restroom Access

A private restroom is available for clients and photographers during their studio experience.

Climate-Controlled Studio Environment

Our warehouse studio is equipped with heating and air conditioning to provide a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year. Because the studio is located inside a warehouse, the space can become warmer during the hottest Texas summer days. We do our best to keep the studio comfortable by running the air conditioning, using fans, and taking additional measures to help reduce the heat so you and your clients can enjoy your session.

Room To Create Your Own Setup

Unlike a traditional studio with permanent sets, Bentley + Lace gives you flexibility. Bring your own props, styling elements, and creative direction, or add on our gowns and backdrop options to build a complete portrait experience.

Optional Couture Gown Add-Ons Available

Take your session further with access to Bentley + Lace couture gowns for children, teens, adults, and maternity portraits.

Your rental gives you the space and flexibility to create. Add only what you need — whether that is a backdrop, gown, styling support, or a complete creative experience.

Yes. Families and clients may rent the studio with their own photographer, and photographers are welcome to bring their clients for private portrait sessions, branding, and creative projects.

Glitter & Confetti Policy

To help keep our studio clean and ready for every session, glitter is not permitted anywhere on the property, including both inside the studio and outdoors.

Large confetti may be used inside the studio only, provided it is completely cleaned up before the end of your rental.

Confetti is not permitted outdoors, as it cannot be fully removed from the property.

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive cleanup, and fines will be assessed for the use of glitter or outdoor confetti. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for all guests.
