Can I rent a gown for a birthday photoshoot or celebration? +
Yes. Our birthday rentals are perfect for milestone portraits,
themed photo sessions and special birthday celebrations.
Always review the individual gown listing for fit, availability
and usage information.
How do I know if a rental gown will fit? +
We recommend comparing her measurements with the actual
garment measurements listed on the gown instead of relying
only on the size label. Many Bentley + Lace designs include
flexible-fit details such as adjustable shoulder ties,
elastic backs or waists, corset backs and detachable pieces.
How long is a Bentley + Lace rental? +
Our standard rental provides five usage days within a six-day
rental period. The gown is dropped off with FedEx on Day 7.
A prepaid return label is included.
Can you design a completely custom birthday gown? +
Absolutely. You can begin with an existing Bentley + Lace
design or come to us with an entirely new idea. We can design
around her favorite colors, birthday theme, inspiration,
photographer's backdrop or your own creative vision.
What can I customize? +
Depending on the design, we can customize color, fabrics,
silhouette, skirt length, volume, sleeves, bows, overlays,
detachable details, capes, trim, embellishments and more.
Fully original designs are also welcome.
How early should I order a custom birthday gown? +
Earlier is always better once your celebration or portrait
date is known. Custom production timing varies depending on
the design and our current production calendar, so please
review the current turnaround information or contact us
before ordering when your date is close.
Do you offer birthday gowns for tweens and teens? +
Yes. Birthday couture is not just for little girls.
We offer and create designs for babies, children, tweens,
teens and adults depending on the specific gown and project.
Can you match my photographer's backdrop or birthday theme? +
Yes. Send us your backdrop, invitation, florals, balloon
palette, Pinterest inspiration or session concept. For custom
orders we can design around it, and for rentals we can help
you find a gown that complements the scene beautifully.
What if I don't know whether I should rent or order custom? +
Send us her age, measurements, birthday date, colors,
theme, budget and anything you are using as inspiration.
We can help you determine whether an existing rental works
beautifully or whether custom makes more sense.

Our Aubrey, Texas location is home to the Bentley + Lace gown studio, nationwide rental warehouse, and appointment-based photography studio rental space. This is a working studio and warehouse and is not open for public walk-ins.
