Bentley + Lace is growing, and with that growth comes the opportunity to thoughtfully expand our Facebook group for 2026.
This role is designed for calm, kind, community-minded individuals who enjoy supporting photographers, parents, and creatives — and who value conversation, clarity, and quality over hype.
This is not a sales role. It is a leadership role rooted in presence, guidance, and care.
Who This Role Is For
- Individuals active within the Bentley + Lace community
- Those who naturally encourage conversation and connection
- People who value professionalism, kindness, and clear communication
- Individuals comfortable showing up consistently and leading by example
- Available for a 6-month period with option to renew
What We Expect From Our Admins
- Encourage thoughtful posting and meaningful questions 1–3 times per week
- Support and respond to member questions around rentals, customs, sizing, and planning
- Help showcase new product releases, rental openings, custom options, and newly released discounts in a calm, on-brand manner
- Reinforce why intentional shopping, quality, and thoughtful purchasing matter
- Maintain the tone, organization, and overall experience of the group

- 15% commission on referred orders (higher than standard ambassador programs)
