Bentley + Lace is growing, and with that growth comes the opportunity to thoughtfully expand our Facebook group for 2026.

This role is designed for calm, kind, community-minded individuals who enjoy supporting photographers, parents, and creatives — and who value conversation, clarity, and quality over hype.

This is not a sales role. It is a leadership role rooted in presence, guidance, and care.

Who This Role Is For

Individuals active within the Bentley + Lace community
Those who naturally encourage conversation and connection
People who value professionalism, kindness, and clear communication
Individuals comfortable showing up consistently and leading by example
Available for a 6-month period with option to renew

Prior admin experience is not required — mindset and follow-through matter most.

What We Expect From Our Admins

Encourage thoughtful posting and meaningful questions 1–3 times per week
Support and respond to member questions around rentals, customs, sizing, and planning
Help showcase new product releases, rental openings, custom options, and newly released discounts in a calm, on-brand manner
Reinforce why intentional shopping, quality, and thoughtful purchasing matter
Maintain the tone, organization, and overall experience of the group

This role is about leadership and stewardship — not pressure or volume selling.

15% commission on referred orders (higher than standard ambassador programs)
