Policies & Terms of Service
Effective for all orders, rentals, and memberships

By placing an order, booking a rental, or enrolling in any membership with Bentley + Lace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined in this document. These terms are not negotiable and exist to protect the integrity of our work, our time, and our ability to continue offering exceptional couture services.

DRESS CLUB MEMBERSHIP

• All Dress Club memberships are non-refundable.
• Memberships are self-managed. It is your responsibility to cancel or pause before your next billing date.
• Members receive advance billing notifications. Failure to act on those notices does not qualify for a refund.
• Bentley + Lace does not issue refunds for membership charges under any circumstances.

Chargebacks on Membership Charges

Initiating a chargeback on a valid membership charge is a direct violation of our terms. Chargebacks cause immediate, non-recoverable harm to our business. Any chargeback submitted for a legitimate charge will be formally disputed with full documentation, including:

• Proof of policy acceptance at enrollment
• Billing advance notices sent to the member
• Access logs and account activity records

Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from all future purchases, rentals, and memberships. Bentley + Lace reserves the right to recover all dispute fees and administrative costs where permitted by law.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All custom gowns are made to order. Production begins immediately upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be canceled for any reason, at any point after placement. This policy exists because every gown is created exclusively for you — materials are cut, sourced, and allocated the moment your order is confirmed.

Measurements & Sizing

• All measurements must be taken by a professional seamstress prior to submission.
• Bentley + Lace is not responsible for measurements submitted incorrectly by the customer.
• Once measurements are submitted, no changes can be made to any part of the order.
• We do not remake, alter, or refund gowns due to incorrect sizing or inaccurate information provided by the buyer.

Once Production Begins

After production has started — or a gown is completed — the following are absolute:

• No changes of any kind
• No refunds
• No remakes

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to fully understand and accept these terms before submitting an order.

RENTAL ORDER POLICY

NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. NO CREDITS.
Rental orders reserve physical inventory and block availability for specific dates.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a rental for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

• Client cancellation or change of mind
• Photographer or vendor cancellation
• Venue issues or scheduling conflicts
• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Reserving a date means that gown is unavailable to other customers. That lost opportunity is non-recoverable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Orders Within the Shipping Window

Once a rental order has entered the shipping timeframe, it cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled under any circumstances.

Credits & Refunds — Rare Exceptions

In the rare and entirely discretionary event that Bentley + Lace elects to issue a store credit:

• A $50.00 restocking fee will be deducted from any credit issued
• This decision is made solely at the discretion of Bentley + Lace
• Credits are not guaranteed, not owed, and not subject to appeal

STORE RIGHTS & FINAL AUTHORITY

Bentley + Lace reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Refuse service to any customer, at any time, for any reason
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations
• Restrict or permanently terminate customer accounts
• Deny future purchases, rentals, or membership enrollment
• Enforce all policies to the fullest extent permitted by law

These rights exist to ensure the sustainability, fairness, and quality of service that defines Bentley + Lace.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase, booking a rental, or enrolling in a membership, you confirm that you have read and understood all policies above, you accept full responsibility for your order and account, and you agree to all terms without exception.
