Studio Passes

Purchase your studio hours in advance and save

Studio Passes are designed for photographers who plan to return throughout the year. Purchase a bundle of studio hours now, then use those hours across multiple eligible studio reservations as your schedule requires.

Your hours do not have to be used in one visit. They may be divided among separate bookings, subject to studio availability and the two-hour minimum per reservation.

All Studio Pass hours must be scheduled and used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Any unused hours expire after that date and are not refundable or transferable.

Studio Passes include studio access only. Couture gowns, specialty backdrops, seasonal sets, styling services, and other upgrades are priced separately.

Bronze Studio Pass

10 Studio Hours — $675

Standard hourly value: $750

Your 10 hours may be divided into eligible reservations, such as:

• Five 2-hour sessions
• Two 4-hour sessions plus one 2-hour session
• One 8-hour session plus one 2-hour session

Best for photographers who book occasional studio sessions throughout the year.

Silver Studio Pass

20 Studio Hours — $1,250

Standard hourly value: $1,500

• Any other approved combination meeting the booking minimum

Best for photographers who regularly photograph branding, portraits, content, and seasonal sessions.

Gold Studio Pass

40 Studio Hours — $2,300

Standard hourly value: $3,000

Your 40 hours may be divided into eligible reservations throughout the year, subject to availability and booking requirements.

Best for photographers who need consistent studio access, host recurring client sessions, or want a flexible alternative to maintaining their own commercial studio.

How Studio Passes Work

1. Purchase the Studio Pass that best fits your expected studio use.
2. Contact Bentley + Lace or follow the provided booking instructions to reserve an available date and time.
3. The hours used for each confirmed reservation will be deducted from your remaining balance.
4. Each reservation requires a minimum of two consecutive hours.
5. All hours must be booked and used within 12 months of the Studio Pass purchase date.

Studio Pass hours are subject to studio availability and do not guarantee specific dates, weekends, holidays, or seasonal set access. Prime dates should be reserved as early as possible.

Studio Passes may not be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or unused portions of a confirmed reservation may still be deducted from the remaining balance according to the studio cancellation policy.

Studio Rental Details

Welcome to Bentley + Lace Creative Studio! We are excited to host your session.

Your reservation includes exclusive access to our private indoor creative studio during your selected rental period. Depending on the package you've reserved, your rental may also include access to Bentley + Lace couture gowns for use during your session.

Your rental includes:

If you reserved a Studio + Gown Bundle, gowns are available for use during your scheduled rental only and must remain inside the studio at all times.

Please arrive on time, as your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time. Setup and cleanup are included within your rental period. Photographers are responsible for supervising all clients and children while using the studio and gowns.

Studio Rental Agreement

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for the studio, furnishings, equipment, and any Bentley + Lace gowns used during your rental.

• Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.

• Gowns included with Studio + Gown Bundles must remain inside the studio and may only be used during your reserved rental period.

• Glitter is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Large confetti may only be used inside the studio and must be completely cleaned before the end of your rental. Outdoor confetti is not permitted. Additional cleaning fees and fines may apply.

• Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas. Please help us leave the studio clean and ready for the next guest.

• Studio furniture, props, and equipment should be returned to their original locations before your rental ends.

• Reservations may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Studio + Gown Bundle reservations become nonrefundable once gowns have been selected or reserved. Refunds will not be issued because of client cancellations, unfilled mini sessions, or changes to your shooting schedule.

• Bentley + Lace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.

• Failure to follow studio policies may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, or the loss of future booking privileges.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Bentley + Lace Creative Studio policies and terms. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you create something beautiful.
