When rented individually, Bentley + Lace couture gowns are typically $99–$135 per gown. Bundling your gowns with your reserved mini session event offers substantial savings while giving your clients access to an elevated portrait experience.

Studio Rental Details

Welcome to Bentley + Lace Creative Studio! We are excited to host your session.

Your reservation includes exclusive access to our private indoor creative studio during your selected rental period. Depending on the package you've reserved, your rental may also include access to Bentley + Lace couture gowns for use during your session.

Your rental includes:

• Private studio access during your reserved time

• Flexible warehouse shooting space

• Professional lighting options available

• Background support system

• Private changing area

• Private restroom

• Climate-controlled studio

• Complimentary parking

If you reserved a Studio + Gown Bundle, gowns are available for use during your scheduled rental only and must remain inside the studio at all times.

Please arrive on time, as your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time. Setup and cleanup are included within your rental period. Photographers are responsible for supervising all clients and children while using the studio and gowns.

Studio Rental Agreement

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for the studio, furnishings, equipment, and any Bentley + Lace gowns used during your rental.

• Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.

• Gowns included with Studio + Gown Bundles must remain inside the studio and may only be used during your reserved rental period.

• Glitter is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Large confetti may only be used inside the studio and must be completely cleaned before the end of your rental. Outdoor confetti is not permitted. Additional cleaning fees and fines may apply.

• Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas. Please help us leave the studio clean and ready for the next guest.

• Studio furniture, props, and equipment should be returned to their original locations before your rental ends.

• Reservations may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Studio + Gown Bundle reservations become nonrefundable once gowns have been selected or reserved. Refunds will not be issued because of client cancellations, unfilled mini sessions, or changes to your shooting schedule.

• Bentley + Lace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.

• Failure to follow studio policies may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, or the loss of future booking privileges.
