BloomSpire Brand House provides strategic brand consulting, guidance, and creative direction based on professional experience and industry knowledge. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on client implementation, timing, and external factors.

Session Format

All sessions are conducted 1:1 via a scheduled virtual meeting unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment.

Booking, Rescheduling & Attendance

All sessions are booked for a specific date and time. One (1) reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 45 minutes’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Missed sessions or late cancellation requests will result in forfeiture of the session.

Payment & Final Sale

All BloomSpire Brand House services are final sale. Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. No credits will be issued for missed or unused sessions.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. BloomSpire Brand House is not responsible for missed sessions due to forgotten appointments, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues on the client’s end.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without client consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Any frameworks, materials, or strategies shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of BloomSpire Brand House and may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking a BloomSpire Brand House service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.

All materials, strategies, frameworks, and content shared during BloomSpire Brand House sessions are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of BloomSpire Brand House. These materials are provided for the client’s personal business use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, taught, resold, or distributed in any form without prior written consent.
