NEW "Tinsel" - detachable tulle skirt SKIRT ONLY (best fits size 6-8 year))
This detachable tulle skirt slides over a short petal gown. It can also be worn alone paired with a leotard. It can be clamped to use on smaller sizes.
When paired on top of a petal dress you simply have the child raise arms straight above the head. You slide over the skirt. You will want to be sure you straighten out the tulle layers once over the petal dress skirt. You will want to work the petal skirt so that it is sitting nicely underneath and you can also straighten the horse hair layers and crinoline.

Shipping charges for multiple orders cannot be refunded or combined. Each order is packed and processed individually.
