1. Rental Period:

• The rental period begins on the agreed-upon start date and ends on the agreed-upon return date. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.

2. Condition of Backdrop:

• The backdrop is provided in clean, good condition. Upon receipt, you must inspect the backdrop for any visible damage or defects and report any issues within 24 hours.

3. Use and Handling:

• The backdrop is to be used solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with the provided care instructions. The backdrop must be hung and handled with care, using appropriate equipment and methods.

4. Prohibited Actions:

• Smoking, eating, and drinking near the backdrop are prohibited.
• Pets and animals are not allowed near the backdrop.
• The backdrop should not be used outdoors or subjected to weather conditions.
• Alterations or modifications to the backdrop are not permitted.
• Only recommended cleaning agents should be used, if necessary.
• Do not use props or items that could stain or damage the backdrop.

5. Damage and Stains:

• You are responsible for any damage, stains, or loss incurred during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, tears, burns, marks, and excessive dirt.

6. Damage Fees:

• Minor Damage (e.g., small stains or minor tears): Up to 50% of the rental fee.
• Moderate Damage (e.g., significant stains, larger tears, or substantial wear): Up to 100% of the rental fee.
• Severe Damage (e.g., irreparable damage or total loss): Replacement cost of the backdrop.

7. Return Policy:

• The backdrop must be returned in the same condition as it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Failure to return the backdrop on time may incur additional late fees.

8. Inspection and Reporting:

• The backdrop will be inspected upon return. Any damage or discrepancies will be assessed and charged according to the damage fee schedule.

9. Liability:

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the backdrop.

10. Agreement:

• By renting you are in agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
