We know real life happens. Please do not try to wash, spot-clean, repair, or hide damage. Let us know as soon as possible so we can help document what happened and guide you through the next steps under the rental agreement.
Every product page includes the exact garment measurements for that specific gown. Compare those measurements with the wearer’s current measurements before reserving—this is more accurate than relying on a standard retail size label.
Many gowns include corset backs, adjustable ties, elastic panels, or adjustable straps. The amount of flexibility varies by design, so always read the individual fit notes and measurements. If you are near the edge of the range, reach out before booking.
Most rentals include five full usage days, giving you room for the session, the event, travel, and the little moments around it. Your return instructions and prepaid label are included with the gown.
No. Please do not clean the gown before return. Repack it carefully after use, place the prepaid return label on the package, and send it back by the listed return date.
Yes. Our couture rentals are used most often for portrait sessions and Dream Dress Sessions, along with birthdays, holidays, maternity sessions, dances, pageants, and meaningful celebrations. Please note that we do not rent gowns for weddings.
Reserve as soon as your date is on the calendar. Each gown is limited by both size and dates, and popular weekends, holidays, weddings, birthdays, and mini-session seasons can book quickly.

Our Aubrey, Texas location is home to the Bentley + Lace gown studio, nationwide rental warehouse, and appointment-based photography studio rental space. This is a working studio and warehouse and is not open for public walk-ins.
