Social Media Marketing / Sales Assistant

We're looking for 1-2 motivated and creative individuals to join our team as Social Media Marketing and Sales Assistants.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our social media marketing efforts and boosting sales across different platforms.

This position offers a flexible schedule, with weekly hours fluctuating between 5 to 9. As a contract worker, you'll earn $20 per hour, with an additional 20% commission after 60 days of successful integration into our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in developing and executing social media marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Craft compelling content tailored for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to engage our audience effectively.
  • Attend sales training sessions held at our Little Elm office, enriching your knowledge of our offerings and sales methodologies.
  • Utilize office resources for content creation, ensuring that all materials produced are of high quality and align with our brand identity.
  • Execute assigned tasks promptly, showcasing strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Produce captivating reels, videos, and live content showcasing our products in action, effectively engaging potential customers.
  • Innovate and create original content to introduce new audiences to our product line.
  • Highlight and promote new product releases through creative and visually appealing posts.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and understand how to create a video using your phone. If you have other equipment that is a bonus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Or willingness to learn how to create content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in sales training sessions at our office location.
  • Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Ability to travel to our office in Little Elm for sales training sessions and occasional meetings (transportation not provided).
