I recently tried to rent a dress that my client had fallen in love with only to find out it had been sold, but accidentally not removed from the site. B&L is having the dress remade and putting it back into rental circulation so that I didn’t have to let my client down. Errors happen in business ALL THE TIME, but it’s how they are dealt with that shows the character of the business owner.
