  We do not refund shipping costs on combined orders.
  
  Shipping rates are calculated accurately based on gown weight, box size, and carrier costs.
  
  Larger couture pieces require oversized packaging to ensure safe delivery and preservation of gown integrity.

  Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing checkout.
