BEFORE YOU RENT
Thing to know:
A security deposit and signed rental agreement are required when renting more than 5 gowns or when gowns are used for mini sessions or workshops. Please ensure these steps are completed before confirming your reservation.
Bentley and Lace Rental Agreement This agreement is between you, the RENTER, and Bentley and Lace (the RENTAL PROVIDER). Items booked through this site are FOR RENTAL ONLY. You are not purchasing the item(s) to keep beyond the agreed rental term. All RENTAL item(s) remain the property of Bentley and Lace and must be returned accordingly. By booking and paying for the rental of item(s) (gowns/accessories), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Responsibility of the Renter
Upon delivery of the rental item(s), you are responsible for their care. It is highly recommended to use a Secured Shipping Location to receive the package. Bentley and Lace is not liable for items lost, stolen, or left unattended once delivered.
You agree to:
- Treat the rental item(s) with the highest level of care.
- Use rental products only for limited purposes such as photo shoots.
- Keep rental item(s) away from food, beverages, water, or wet outdoor conditions.
- Refrain from altering, cleaning, or repairing the rental item(s) in any way.
Damage and Loss
You, the renter, are responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, as determined solely by Bentley and Lace. All items will be inspected upon return. Any damage exceeding normal use will be invoiced, and you are responsible for paying the amount needed for repair or replacement. Replacement cost will be determined by Bentley and Lace and may equal retail or market value, up to 200% of the retail cost. This amount must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once a rental is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately to discuss the possibility of rescheduling at no additional cost.
Shipping and Taxes
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are not included in the listed rental fees and will be determined at checkout or via separate agreement. Once shipped, Bentley and Lace is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx). Every effort will be made to ensure timely arrival of your rental item(s).
By completing the rental process, you agree to these terms and conditions.
This information will be kept on file and used if any gowns are returned damaged or missing.
