How to Use Your Extra 4 Days
Email us your rental dates immediately.
After checkout, please email info@bentleyandlace.com with:

The exact dates you need the gown extended to (by adding 4 more days)

Confirmation that you purchased the “4 Extra Days” add-on
We will manually update your rental booking on our calendar.
Important Scheduling Requirements
• Your selected rental window MUST show the extra 4 days as available/unblocked.
If the extended dates appear blocked on our website calendar, the extension is not available for that gown.
If you're unsure, email us before booking and we can check availability for you.
Your extended return date will be adjusted after we manually update your booking.
No Credits • No Refunds
This upgrade is non-refundable and non-creditable, even if you choose not to use the extra days.
Because we reserve the gown for your full extended window, the time is held exclusively for you.

Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Please review these details before placing your order.
Turnaround + Production Time +
Our current custom gown turnaround time is approximately 12–15 weeks, unless a different production timeframe is specifically listed on the product page.
Production time begins after your order is placed and all required sizing, color and customization details have been received. Shipping/transit time is additional.
If your gown is needed for a specific event or photography date, we strongly recommend allowing additional time for delivery.
Sizing + Measurements +
Please review all measurements and sizing selections carefully before checkout. For custom pieces, we recommend ordering from the actual measurements requested on the product page rather than relying only on age or standard clothing size.
If you are between sizes or unsure which option to select, please contact us before ordering.
Custom Order + Refund Policy +
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically according to the size, color and customization selections submitted with your order.
Because production begins specifically for your order, please carefully review all selections before checkout.

Our Aubrey, Texas location is home to the Bentley + Lace gown studio, nationwide rental warehouse, and appointment-based photography studio rental space. This is a working studio and warehouse and is not open for public walk-ins.

- December–January: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
