Need a little extra help choosing the right gown? Book a one-on-one Bentley + Lace consultation by phone, video, or in person. This appointment is designed to help you feel confident before reserving a rental gown or beginning a custom design.
During your consultation, we can help with measurements, sizing, flexible fit, gown length, rental versus custom options, selecting the best silhouette for her occasion, and bringing a completely new gown idea to life. Bring gown links, inspiration images, party details, or simply the questions you have—we will help you sort through the details.
Your $50 consultation fee will be credited toward your Bentley + Lace order.
Please note: Consultation appointments are non-refundable. One reschedule is available when requested before your scheduled appointment day. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Please review these details before placing your order.
Turnaround + Production Time +
Our current custom gown turnaround time is approximately 12–15 weeks, unless a different production timeframe is specifically listed on the product page.
Production time begins after your order is placed and all required sizing, color and customization details have been received. Shipping/transit time is additional.
If your gown is needed for a specific event or photography date, we strongly recommend allowing additional time for delivery.
Sizing + Measurements +
Please review all measurements and sizing selections carefully before checkout. For custom pieces, we recommend ordering from the actual measurements requested on the product page rather than relying only on age or standard clothing size.

Custom Order + Refund Policy +
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically according to the size, color and customization selections submitted with your order.
Because production begins specifically for your order, please carefully review all selections before checkout.

Photography Rental Studio & Gown Warehouse
Our Aubrey, Texas location is home to the Bentley + Lace gown studio, nationwide rental warehouse, and appointment-based photography studio rental space. This is a working studio and warehouse and is not open for public walk-ins.

- December–January: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
