Custom gowns/suits are subject to our current PRODUCTION TIME. If you're unsure about the turnaround time, please reach out to us via email at bentleyandlace@gmail.com before making your purchase. Your order will only be shipped once the gown is finished. The customization process begins only after all details are finalized.

1. Select the size range you need. Your measurements must fall into the sizing category listed here - if the measurements exceed the size range you chose-you are subject to additional fees before any work has begun.
2. Submit measurements form via email.
3. We will email you prior to starting your custom order and will discuss any changes you need and discuss fabric options, colors, and any other details that are needed to complete your order.

If you have questions about styling, fit, or colors, we are always happy to assist.

All custom gown orders are handmade specifically for you based on the measurements, design selections, and details provided at the time of purchase. Once production begins, no changes, adjustments, or cancellations may be made. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Please ensure that all measurements submitted are accurate. Bentley + Lace is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements. We strongly encourage using a tailor to ensure accuracy.

Fabric colors, tones, and textures may vary slightly due to dye batches, lighting, and screen settings. Small variations in placement or finish are natural to the couture-making process and are not considered defects.

Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on fabric availability, season, and production queue. We will always do our best to meet your preferred wear date, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
