Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of pre-order gowns, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once fabric has been ordered.

• Bentley + Lace reserves the right to use any fabric ordered with your deposit for design purposes if a gown is not completed due to non-payment.
