Gift Certificate

This Gift Certificate (“Certificate”) is issued by Bentley + Lace and may be used only for products and services offered directly through our shop. By purchasing or using this Certificate, you agree to the following:

 1. How It Can Be Used

This Certificate may be applied toward any regular-priced rental or custom gown.
It may be used across multiple purchases until the full balance is used.

 2. Expiration

Certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Any remaining balance after this date will expire and cannot be used.

 3. Final Sale

All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued for unused balances.

4. No Cash Value

This Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

 5. Usage Limitations

• Valid on regular-priced items only (not valid on sale items or promotional pricing)
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers
• Cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates

 6. Ownership & Responsibility

Certificates are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Bentley + Lace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.

 7. Standard Policies Apply

All rentals and custom orders remain subject to standard shop policies, timelines, and availability.

 8. Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled within Texas jurisdiction.

Because each gown is handmade, slight variations in placement, texture, or pattern may occur and are considered part of the gown’s unique character. Please review all listed measurements, fit notes, and fabric descriptions to ensure the best selection for your session or event. If you have questions about styling, fit, or colors, we are always happy to assist.

All custom gown orders are handmade specifically for you based on the measurements, design selections, and details provided at the time of purchase. Once production begins, no changes, adjustments, or cancellations may be made.

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.Please ensure that all measurements submitted are accurate. Bentley + Lace is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements.

We strongly encourage using a tailor to ensure accuracy.Fabric colors, tones, and textures may vary slightly due to dye batches, lighting, and screen settings. Small variations in placement or finish are natural to the couture-making process and are not considered defects.Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on fabric availability, season, and production queue. We will always do our best to meet your preferred wear date, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your gown is being created just for you.
