Gift Certificate Terms of Agreement

This gift certificate ("Certificate") is issued by Bentley and Lace and may be redeemed solely for merchandise or services provided by Bentley and Lace. By accepting or using this Certificate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Redemption**: This Certificate is redeemable for merchandise or services up to the value indicated and may be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero.

2. **Validity**: This Certificate is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase ("Expiration Date"), after which it will no longer be redeemable.

3. **Refund for Non-Use**: If the Certificate remains unused by the Expiration Date, refunds will not be given.

4. **Cash Redemption**: This Certificate may not be redeemed for cash at Bentley and Lace locations.

5. **Non-Transferable**: This Certificate is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

6. **Usage Restrictions**: This Certificate may not be used to purchase other gift certificates, and any unused balance will remain on the Certificate until redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. **Liability**: Bentley and Lace shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of this Certificate, and any remaining balance on the Certificate shall not be refunded.

8. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.

By accepting or using this Certificate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
