This signifies a new rental gown release, available first to Dress Club members who enjoy a fantastic 50% discount. Typically, members have a 1-3 day period to reserve their dates before they become available to the public. Checkback within a few days as the booking calendar will open for non-members.
Introducing our all-new 5 full-usage day rental - 6 day period for all rentals! (This goes into effect for all orders placed after MAY 15TH)
Your gown will now be available for 6 days, starting from the day it arrives (Day 1) DO NOT PLAN YOUR SHOOT FOR THIS DAY. Enjoy the gown from Day 2 to Day 6, and remember, on the day after your end date (Day 7), kindly return the gown via FedEx before the last pickup, using our courtesy return label/s.

Yes, the cost of basic dry cleaning is included in the rental fee. Please follow the care instructions provided to ensure the gown is returned in good condition. We ask that you DO NOT attempt to clean our gowns during your rental duration.
Minor wear and tear are expected, and they are covered in the rental fee. However, significant damage may incur additional charges. Please review our rental agreement for more details.
Yes, we offer both shipping and pickup options. Choose the one that suits your convenience during the booking process.
Shipping to the customer is not included in the fee; this shipping fee will be billed at the time of checkout. However, we are now delighted to include a return shipping label with your order.
If you place a bulk rental order, please be aware that you may incur additional return shipping fees, which will be billed after your order has been processed.
Returning the gown is simple and hassle-free. Utilize the provided return packaging and adhere to the instructions for shipping it back to us. Remember, you must return ship using FedEx without signature. If you choose not to use our label, UPS without signature with 3-day return shipping is required.
If you don't require the full 6 days for your rental, no problem! Simply enjoy the gown for the duration you need, and when you're ready, return it using the provided return packaging and instructions.
