Originally designed as a show-stopping Christmas gown, The Merry & Bright is now available as a custom-made couture design in any size and your choice of colorway.

From the sweeping satin skirt and statement fur trim to the detachable sleeves and adjustable corset back, this is a gown designed to make an entrance—and because yours is made to order, it doesn't have to be Christmas red.

Create the original red-and-white holiday look, choose an unexpected Christmas color palette, or transform the design completely for portraits, maternity, formal events, birthdays, senior sessions, or editorial photography.

The Bodice

The fitted satin bodice features a feminine sweetheart neckline with princess seam shaping and supportive satin shoulder straps.

Rather than heavy boning, the bodice is fully lined and structured to create a smooth, flattering silhouette while remaining comfortable to wear.

The back features our signature adjustable lace-up corset construction with reinforced loops and a coordinating modesty panel. The shoulder straps extend toward the corset back, adding another element of adjustability to the fit.

A wide contrasting satin waistband defines the natural waist and is finished with a sparkling rhinestone buckle at center front.

Detachable Statement Sleeves

One gown. Two completely different moods.

The Merry & Bright includes detachable satin statement sleeves designed to sit off the shoulder. Each sleeve is finished with a plush faux-fur cuff at the wrist. Choose sleeves as shown or we can create a detachable puff sleeve.

Wear the gown without them for a clean, classic sweetheart silhouette, or attach the sleeves for the dramatic couture look.

The Skirt

The floor-length satin skirt is cut with generous fullness to create the sweeping, dramatic silhouette that defines The Merry & Bright.

Wide horsehair structure helps support the hem and encourages the skirt to hold its shape without requiring excessive layers of heavy underskirt.

The original design is finished with plush white faux fur framing the front opening and continuing around the sweeping hem and train, creating that unmistakable storybook Christmas look.

For custom orders, the trim color can be changed to coordinate with your selected satin.

The Merry & Bright is custom made to your measurements and is not limited to our rental sizing.

We can create this design for children, tweens, teens, adults, and maternity clients, with the proportions of the bodice, sleeves, skirt, and overall length adjusted appropriately for the wearer.

This is especially important with a design this dramatic. Rather than simply enlarging or reducing one standard pattern, we use the measurements provided with your order to create the appropriate proportions for your gown.
