From fit and five-day rental windows to a spilled drink or a last-minute question, here is what to know before you choose her gown.

Use the exact gown measurements listed in this product description—not only the size label. Adjustable ties, corset backs, elastic panels, and straps may offer flexibility when noted.
Do not attempt to clean, spot-treat, repair, or conceal the issue. Contact us promptly so we can help document what happened and explain the next steps under the rental agreement.
Choose an arrival date one to two days before your session or event whenever possible so you have time to unpack, review fit, and lightly steam if needed.
No. Please do not clean the gown before returning it. Carefully repack it after use and send it back using the prepaid label included in your order.
Yes. Your rental includes a prepaid return label, so there is no next-renter handoff or separate return-shipping step to figure out.

Our Aubrey, Texas location is home to the Bentley + Lace gown studio, nationwide rental warehouse, and appointment-based photography studio rental space. This is a working studio and warehouse and is not open for public walk-ins.
