Our beautiful Petal "Whisper" dress is made with a beautiful organza floral fabric and bridal soft tulle. Any little fashionista will love this sweet dress.
We have added a very flexible back which features shoulder ties which add to the ease of size adjustment and a full elastic back- which lends to her ease of size adjustment as well. Typically with our elastic back you can add an additional 1-3 inches of room into this dress.
Her skirting features yards of bridal soft tulle and is trimmed in horsehair braid trim. We have added a built in petticoat for added pouf. The skirting is fully lined so not itchy feeling against the skin.
