Renting with B+L is a breeze! Our gown rentals operate on an 8-day duration for gown usage, not an 8-day rental period. Here's the breakdown: Day 1 marks the arrival of your chosen dress, allowing you to revel in its elegance for a full week. If your gown arrives early - this will NOT affect your dates selected.
On Day 8, it's time to bid farewell as the dress is due back to us. Simple, stylish, and stress-free – that's the B+L rental experience.

Yes, you can! We offer discounted date extension options. If you're interested, contact us before your initial rental period ends.

Yes, the cost of basic dry cleaning is included in the rental fee. Please follow the care instructions provided to ensure the gown is returned in good condition. We ask that you DO NOT attempt to clean our gowns during your rental duration.
Minor wear and tear are expected, and they are covered in the rental fee. However, significant damage may incur additional charges. Please review our rental agreement for more details.
Yes, we offer both shipping and pickup options. Choose the one that suits your convenience during the booking process.
Shipping costs are not included in the rental fee, and customers are responsible for both the initial shipping to receive the gown and the return shipping.
However, we offer a 50% discount on the shipping cost to you and nearly 60% off the retail price for the return shipping label through FedEx.
Please note that a separate invoice for the return shipping label will be provided. If you have any questions or need assistance with shipping details, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Returning the gown is hassle-free. Use the provided return packaging and follow the instructions for shipping it back to us.

The perfect lightweight detachable tulle and lace skirt. Our Sammy tulle and lace skirts are perfect for layering over or under our Sammy velvet dress. Or you can purchase a detach skirt for your current gowns you own or to wear separately with a leo or top.
Please note: the larger you go up in size-the less compact the ruffles are.
PLEASE NOTE: Custom Gowns are subject to our current PRODUCTION TIME. If you are uncertain of turn around time - please be sure you email us before placing your order contactbentleyandlace@gmail.com. Your order will NOT ship until the gown has been completed. Your order does not begin until all customization has been finalized.
This beautiful dress is available in a wide array of color options. Please note: Our fabrics can vary depending upon availability. Should the fabric you request become unavailable - we will email you to discuss fabric replacement option or other options available at the time of your order.

- Submit measurements form via email.
- We will email you prior to starting your custom order and will discuss any changes you need and discuss fabric options, colors, and any other details that are needed to complete your order.
