All custom gown orders are handmade specifically for you based on the measurements, design selections, and details provided at the time of purchase. Once production begins, no changes, adjustments, or cancellations may be made. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Please ensure that all measurements submitted are accurate. Bentley + Lace is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements. We strongly encourage using a tailor to ensure accuracy.
